Interior Decorating

SDS Décor – Home Styling will personalize your unique style and incorporate that into your space. You will receive an e-design or mood board that would display your concept to start. We will discuss your budget, style, vision and timeline. Included in your décor project, we will explore shopping and purchasing needs and coordinating your installation.

Investment: Full décor projects starting at $500 per room

E-Design

Due to the recent circumstances of COVID-19, SDS Décor – Home Styling will create an e-design that will provide a list of online shopping, mood board concepts, color coordinating, paint and wall décor based off of photos that you provide of your space. This service is completely electronic with no face-to-face contact. Phone or video consultation up to 90 minutes is included in this service.

Investment: $400 per room

Shopping Services

SDS Décor – Home Styling will help to minimize the frustration of having to shop for your home furnishings.

Investment: 25% of total home furnishing costs or $75 per hour (depending on the project)

Home Staging

Home staging services are offered to homeowners and real estate agents who are looking to refresh the home. We will help re-design the home to maximize the appeal for buying and selling.

Investment:

Staging installation $100 per hour

Shopping Services 25% of the total furnishing cost (if applicable)
